Tremor - Ashley Dyer

Project description: Tremor - Ashley Dyer
Arts House,16-20 November 2016

Ashley Dyer's Tremor is a transdisciplinary performance that is heard and felt through the whole body.

A grassland of metal poles shivers, hums and sings as it's charged with audible and sub-sonic sound. Immersed within this landscape, three dancers (Kristy Ayre, Nat Cursio and Jo White) move in mesmeric patterns to create a performance that complements the motion and sound of the kinetic sculpture/musical instrument.

My role: Associate Producer

I joined the creative team of Tremor in October 2016, taking over the organisation of final marketing efforts before and during the season.

I managed communication between Arts House staff, the Production Manager, and the creative team, ensuring a consistent message across all channels.  I researched potential organisations and individuals for cross-promotion and created updated marketing copy for specific audiences.  I also created content for all creative team members to share through their personal and professional networks.

I also supported the lead artist and other team members with other tasks where necessary, for example by sourcing costumes.
